The Israeli army targets several sites in Syria

ARK News.. Local sources revealed that the Israeli army targeted military sites of the Syrian regime forces, and agricultural lands in the countryside of Daraa and Quneitra.

Local sources said the Israeli warplanes targeted that, on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, the military hill of al-Jabiya near Nawa city in western countryside of Daraa, with an airstrike without any information about the losses.

The Israeli artillery stationed in the Tel al-Faras area also targeted agricultural lands in al-Rafid town, al-Muallaqa, al-Hiran, and Kudna in southern countryside of Quneitra.

One of the shells fell near a point belonging to the United Nations peacekeeping forces (UN), after a patrol from the international forces toured the area before returning to Damascus, according to the "Free Horan" website.

According to the sources, the Israeli bombing came after movements by the Syrian regime forces, as groups affiliated with the "112th Mechanized Brigade" and the "61st Brigade" were mobilized in the area, and tanks and elements were moved around the Saraya and the battalions.

In a related context, the Israeli army detonated a minefield west of the town of Al-Qahtaniya in southern Quneitra countryside, without knowing the reason for taking this step.
