KDP-S and KYP-S discuss several important issues

ARK News.. The Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria PDK-S and the Kurdistan Yakiti-Syria KYP-S discussed the political situations and developments in Syria and the region, the world and the reality of the Kurdish movement, and emphasized the fraternal relations between the two brotherly parties.

The Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria received in its office in the Domiz refugee camp, within the borders of Duhok Governorate in the Kurdistan Region, a delegation from the Kurdistan Yakiti Party-Syria, headed by Suleiman Oso, the party's secretary.

The guest delegation was received by Haji Kalo, a member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria, Muhammad Ali Ibrahim, a member of the party's Central Committee, the Kurdistan Martyrs Foundation-Syria, Duhok branch, and a number of members of the regional council and party cadres.

The visiting delegation included Suleiman Oso, Secretary of the Kurdish Yakiti Party-Syria and head of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, Nawaf Rashid, member of the Political Committee, Akram Rashid, member of the Central Committee, and a number of members of the Area Committee of the Kurdish Yakiti Party-Syria.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on the situation and political developments in Syria, the region, and the world, the reality of the Kurdish movement, and the emphasis on the fraternal relations between the two brotherly parties.

The two sides discussed the role of the Kurdish National Council in Syria as a political umbrella and a national project and the necessity of activating its institution to rise to the requirements of the current stage and its entitlements in serving the justice of the Kurdish cause in Syrian Kurdistan.

The two sides also discussed the economic conditions and difficult living conditions that the Kurdish people are going through in light of rising prices, arrests, and the policy of intimidation and starvation practiced by the PYD administration in Syrian Kurdistan.

The two sides also stressed the importance of solidarity, cooperation and preserving the Kurdish National Council in Syria as a political framework and the necessity of protecting it as a title for the Kurdish issue in international forums to interact with the developments and transformations of the stage, and to focus on the fact that the future belongs to the Kurdish national project embodied in the thought, philosophy and approach of the immortal Barzani.

They stressed finding political solutions to the general Syrian issue through implementing UN Resolution 2254, participating in drafting the Syrian constitution and recognizing the legitimate rights of the Kurdish people and their national aspirations constitutionally in a democratic parliamentary pluralist Syria for all Syrians.
