ARK News: Aleppo city registered on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, its first case of swine flu, or known as H1N1.

According to local news networks, a child died on Wednesday evening in Aleppo city as a result of being infected with the swine flu virus.

The Ministry of Health in the regime government announced the existence of cases of "swine flu" among citizens, noting that a number of cases reached hospitals during the past week.

The newspaper "Al-Watan" quoted from a source in the Ministry of Health as saying that a number of cases infected with the "swine flu" or the so-called "H1N1" disease that reached to a number of hospitals last week, considering that the cases are still "very few and limited."

The ministry pointed out that "Every winter there are cases of influenza, and during this week there were only two positive cases carrying the disease and the remaining cases were negative”.

The loyal pages of the regime confirmed the injury of a citizen with swine flu (H2N1) in the city of Aleppo under the control of the regime forces.

Swine flu is a respiratory disease caused by influenza viruses belonging to the family of "Rthomeksovariday", which often affects pigs.

Symptoms and signs of H1N1 flu in adults are similar to those of other influenza strains as like fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, obstruction, diarrhea, nausea, red eyes tear, body aches, headache accompanied by fatigue, as for children, the most important of its symptoms are rapid breathing, lack of appetite and high temperature.

One of the most important causes of this virus is the inhalation of polluted spray or transmitted to the person by touching something with influenza viruses, and then touch the mouth or nose.

In order to prevent the disease, doctors recommend not to mix closely or contact people with swine flu, with taking care to wash hands and refrain from touching surfaces that may be contaminated with the virus.
