PYD administration treated Kurdish National Council detainees and its parties brutally
ARK News.. Special sources confirmed that the PYD administration treated Kurdish National Council detainees in prisons brutally, and violated all international norms and laws regarding the treatment of prisoners.
A special source told ARK News that the PYD administration practices all kinds of physical and psychological torture on Kurdish detainees, as they suffer from chronic and infectious diseases and serious and deadly epidemics.
According to the source, scabies has eaten away at the detainees, and most of them (Kurds) suffer from osteoporosis due to lack of exposure to the sun.
For his part, Kurdish writer Hussein Jalabi said on his Facebook page: "Circles close to three of those recently released from PKK prisons informed me that what the three of them had in common was their appearance, as they were in the form of skeletons."
Jalabi added: "Some of these visitors even said that upon seeing them, they remembered the Caesar photos that were leaked from the Assad regime's prisons, as if the PKK party wanted to send a message to the Kurds, especially since the kidnapping of these people occurred on Kurdish national occasions."
