Deir Ez-Zour.. A child loses his life due to the explosion of a landmine from the remnants of war
ARK News.. Once again, the remnants of war have claimed the lives of Syrians, as a child lost his life due to the explosion of a cluster bomb from the remnants of war in Deir Ez-Zour.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that a child from the town of Khasham lost his life on Monday, August 26, 2024, due to the explosion of a landmine from the remnants of war, while grazing livestock in the town of Al-Azba in the countryside of Deir Ez-Zour, which is under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces on the contact lines with areas controlled by the regime forces and Iranian militias.
According to the Syrian source for human rights, the number of people killed due to the explosion of remnants of war since the beginning of this year has risen to 130, including 22 women and 46 children, in addition to 165 people injured, including 17 women and 83 children.
