Local sources in Raqqa city reported that the two young men, "Ahmed Hussein Al-Saleh" from Raqqa, and "Mohammed Qaddour" from Aleppo city, lost their lives in the past few days in Bulgaria during their journey to seek asylum in one of the European countries.
According to the sources, "Mohammed Qaddour" died in the forests of Bulgaria and his body was buried in the forests, and Ahmed Hussein Al-Saleh died on the Bulgarian-Serbian border.
Since the start of the wave of refugees from Syrian Kurdistan in 2011, to the Kurdistan Region, neighboring countries and Europe, and the ongoing journey in an attempt to reach Europe, hundreds of Kurdish refugees and migrants, most of them young, have lost their lives in traffic accidents, fires, and drowning in rivers and seas, and death continues to claim the lives of Kurdish refugees and migrants.
