About 30 victims of war remnants explosions in Syria during July

ARK News.. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented about 30 victims, including dead and wounded, in explosions of war remnants in Syria during July 2024.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, on Friday, August 2, 2024, said that 7 civilians, including a woman and two children, lost their lives as a result of mine explosions and objects from war remnants in Syria, in addition to 21 other people being injured with varying injuries, including a woman and 10 children.

According to the Syrian Observatory, the regional distribution of the dead and wounded was as follows:

- In the areas of the Syrian regime, 4 people lost their lives, including two children, and 9 were injured, including a child.

- Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham areas, one man lost his life, and 6 were injured, including one woman and 4 children.

- Syrian Democratic Forces areas, a man and a woman lost their lives, and a man and a girl were injured.

- Areas under the influence of the armed factions affiliated with the National Army, 4 children were injured with varying degrees.

According to the source, since the beginning of 2024, more than 100 civilians, including children and women, have been killed as a result of the explosion of war remnants in Syria.
