ARK News… High temperatures during the summer increase the suffering of citizens in the cities and towns of Syrian Kurdistan, especially Hasaka city, which suffers from an electricity and water crisis during the summer.

A car mechanic from Hasakah city in Syrian Kurdistan told ARK News that the lack of life necessities in Hasaka city during the summer burdens the citizens, especially important owners whose work requires the availability of water.

The mechanic added that working in car repair is very difficult during this period, especially since repairing the faults of many cars requires the availability of completely cut off water and almost non-existent electricity.

The Kurdish mechanic confirmed that citizens buy ice cubes for more than 20,000 Syrian pounds to relieve the heat for themselves. The problem is that the ice cubes are salty and not suitable for use.

Hasaka city is suffering from the brunt of heat and thirst, and the people are living in a real hell, as the city is suffering from a severe electricity and water crisis, especially with the rising temperatures and the increased need for electricity and water, and the PYD administration has not yet sought to solve this crisis for years.
