Since the beginning of this year, the Syrian regime has raised fuel prices for the third time
ARK News… For the third time since the beginning of this year, the Syrian regime raised fuel prices, ignoring the difficult and miserable living reality of Syrians.
Syrian media sources said that the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection of the regime’s government raised fuel prices for the third time in a row since the beginning of this year.
According to the new pricing, prices are as follows:
A liter of 90 octane gasoline reached (11,000) Syrian pounds.
A liter of 95 octane gasoline reached 14,110 Syrian pounds.
A liter of “free” diesel reached (12,290) Syrian pounds.
Many citizens expressed through social media sites their extreme dissatisfaction as a result of these unjust decisions issued by the regime’s government from time to time to increase their suffering. Some commented by saying that the ministry should be named for stealing from the consumer and not protecting it, accusing at the same time the merchants in the markets and the shop owners of raising prices even more. And non-compliance with set prices, even though they are also high and not compatible with their living capabilities.
The decision of the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection of the regime’s government to raise fuel prices comes after two times in which prices were raised since the beginning of the year, that is, in less than two months, the first was on January 8, and the second was on January 22 of last year.
