Deir Ez-Zour... The International Coalition conducts military training in the Koniko gas field area
ARK News… To raise the readiness and combat efficiency of its forces in the face of attacks, the International Coalition forces conducted military training in the Koniko gas field area in the northern countryside of Deir Ez-Zour.
Syrian media sources said that on Saturday morning, 17/2/2024), explosions were heard in the Koniko gas field area in the northern countryside of Deir Ez-Zour, as a result of coalition forces using live ammunition and heavy weapons in their military training to raise the readiness and combat efficiency of their forces in the face of attacks.
On February 13, 2024, the Iranian-backed militias targeted the Al-Omar oil field in the Deir Ez-Zour countryside, the largest American base in Syria, with a missile launch, and some of the missiles landed in the Green Village near the field.
