Ibrahim Biro: “Syrian Negotiations” discussed with French Officials developments in the political process
ARK News… A delegation from the Syrian Negotiating Committee is scheduled to hold several important meetings in Paris, to discuss developments in the political process in Syria.
In a post followed by the Rebaz News website, Ibrahim Biro, representative of the Kurdish National Council in the Syrian Negotiating Commission, said: “A delegation from the Syrian Negotiating Commission begins today, Wednesday, January 24, 2024, headed by Dr. Badr Jamous, head of the Commission, and Ibrahim Biro, representing the Kurdish National Council, and Alis Mufarraj, as members on behalf of the Coordination Committee, and Gamal Suleiman on behalf of the Cairo Platform, a visit to the French capital, Paris.
He added that the visit "will last several days, during which the delegation will meet with a number of officials in the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, members of the French Parliament and representatives of the Syrian community in France."
Biro explained that the Syrian Negotiating Committee delegation “will discuss with French Foreign Ministry officials and members of Parliament the developments in the political process of the Syrian file, and the importance of finding concrete ways to implement Security Council Resolution No. 2254, especially since France chairs the Security Council.”
