ARK News… The "Syria Response Coordinators" team revealed the number of displaced people residing in camps in northwestern Syria who are unable to secure their basic daily needs.

According to the “Syria Response Coordinators” team, the number of people unable to meet their basic daily needs has reached more than two million people, coinciding with a significant and continuous rise in the prices of food and heating materials, with a clear deficit and large gaps between the needs of the displaced and the humanitarian response operations provided by humanitarian organizations.

The team said that the rainfall caused damage in the camps in northern Syria, where the initial damage was recorded in 19 camps inhabited by thousands of displaced families.

According to Syria response coordinators, the region has not witnessed any effective response by humanitarian organizations, in a way that mitigates the humanitarian catastrophe within the camps for displaced people in northwestern Syria.

The team stressed in a statement published, on Friday, that the survival of hundreds of thousands of civilians in camps that can only be likened to the open air and open spaces, waiting for humanitarian or political solutions that satisfy the Syrian regime and Russia, has become unacceptable and there is no alternative to it except the return of the displaced and forcibly displaced people to their cities and villages again.
