Suwayda.. The popular movement against the Syrian regime enters its 21st week
ARK News.... The Karama Square protests in the city of Suwayda enter their 21st week, and the people of Suwayda are demanding the overthrow of the Syrian regime and the implementation of the provisions of UN Resolution No. 2254.
Today, Friday 12/1/2024, delegations of participants from the city and its countryside arrived at the square, carrying their banners, from the early hours of the morning. The demonstrators demanded the overthrow of the Syrian regime and the implementation of the provisions of UN Resolution No. 2254, foremost of which is the democratic transfer of power in Syria.
Yesterday morning, Thursday, dozens of protesters participated in a mobile demonstration that started from the vicinity of Al-Mashnaqa Roundabout towards Al-Karama Square, in the center of the city of Suwayda, in response to a call launched by the “Gathering of Prisoners of Conscience and Arbitrarily Dismissed” under the name “Detainees’ Support Campaign.”
