ARK News… Syrian regime militants targeted residential neighborhoods in the city of Idlib with heavy artillery, killing a child and wounding a woman, with an infinite toll.

The Syrian Civil Defense Organization revealed that Syrian regime militants bombed residential neighborhoods in the city of Idlib, northern Syria, with missiles carrying internationally banned phosphorus bombs.

The Syrian Civil Defense Organization said that Syrian regime militants bombed residential neighborhoods in the city of Idlib with missiles loaded with sub-munitions that burned the industrial area and the outskirts of the eastern city of Idlib, and near the Al-Shuhada camp for displaced people.

The organization confirmed that the regime forces’ use in their bombing of ML-5 incendiary submunitions carried by the 9M22S missile is a violation of international humanitarian law, the Third Geneva Convention of 1980, the Convention Banning Cluster Munitions, the Ottawa Protocol, the Convention Banning Landmines, and the Second Protocol to the Geneva Convention.

On Saturday, a girl, about 3 years old, was killed, and a woman in her forties was injured, as a result of artillery shelling by regime forces targeting residential neighborhoods in the city of Idlib.
