ARK News… Iranian-affiliated militias brought a new arms shipment to Deir Ez-Zour Governorate in eastern Syria, which included rocket-propelled grenades and suicide drones.
The local "Deir Ez-Zour 24" network said that last Wednesday, 27/12/2023, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia brought a shipment of weapons into the city of Al-Bukamal in Deir Ez-Zour, coming from Iraq through the Al-Sikak border crossing.
According to the source, 8 weapons trucks arrived in Deir Ez-Zour, which included suicide drones, rocket shells, and quantities of food for the purpose of camouflage and avoid bombing by the international coalition.
The source revealed that the trucks were deployed in more than one point, including those located on the contact line with the "Syrian Democratic Forces" (SDF) in the villages of Al-Salihiya, Al-Duwayr, and Hawija Sukr, in addition to the vicinity of the ancient Al-Rahba Castle in the city of Al-Mayadeen, east of Deir Ez-Zour.
The Iranian militias opened a new center for training and testing drones in the eastern countryside of Deir Ez-Zor, specifically near the T2 station south of the city of Al Bukamal, and it is supervised by Iranian experts and trainers and others from the Lebanese Hezbollah.
