Pentagon: 76 attacks on American bases in Syria and Iraq

ARK News… The Pentagon revealed that American bases have been subjected to 76 attacks in Iraq and Syria since last October 17.

Deputy Pentagon spokeswoman Sabrina Singh said in a press briefing that her country's bases in Iraq and Syria have been subjected to 76 attacks so far.

She added that the attacks on her country's forces in Iraq and Syria are separate from other attacks launched from Yemen, as the United States' mission is different in the two regions.

Singh said that the United States' mission is focused on defeating ISIS in Syria and Iraq, while in another region it focuses on ensuring that the Israeli war on Gaza does not expand into a regional war.

The Pentagon's deputy spokeswoman placed responsibility for these attacks back on Iran, noting that American forces in the region are witnessing attacks by groups funded or trained by Iran.

Targeting of US bases in Syria and Iraq returned after they temporarily stopped during the implementation of the armistice agreement in the besieged Gaza Strip in Palestine between Israel and Hamas on November 24.
