ARK News… After midnight on Saturday, Israeli aircraft launched new raids against sites controlled by militias linked to Iran in the vicinity of Damascus.

Local media sources said that the Israeli raids targeted Iranian militia sites “near Damascus International Airport and the towns of Sayyida Zeinab, Aqraba, and Hujiara.”

Video clips and photos circulated by activists showed the destruction of the building that was targeted by Israeli aircraft in the town of Sayyida Zeinab, south of Damascus.

A statement from the Syrian regime's Ministry of Defense said that Israel carried out the attack from the direction of the Golan at 1:35 am on Saturday, and "the damage was limited to material."

Since the beginning of this year, Israel has targeted sites in Syria 56 times, 41 of which were air strikes and 15 ground. These strikes resulted in the injury and destruction of about 115 targets, including weapons and ammunition depots, headquarters, centers, and vehicles, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
