America confirms its support for the Syrian opposition
ARK News… During his meeting with a joint delegation from the Syrian Negotiating Committee, the Syrian National Coalition, and the Syrian Interim Government, Ethan Goldrich affirmed his country's commitment to supporting the Syrian opposition and implementing UN Security Council Resolution No. 2254.
Ethan Goldrich, the American envoy to Syria, met in the Swiss city of Geneva with Badr Jamous, head of the Syrian Negotiating Committee, Hadi Al-Bahra, head of the Syrian National Coalition, and Abdul Rahman Mustafa, head of the Syrian Interim Government.
The US Embassy in Syria's Twitter account previously said that the meeting came to confirm support for the Syrian opposition as an essential part of International Resolution 2254.
The American envoy to Syria stressed the United States' commitment to "achieving a future that represents all the Syrian people."
The meeting was attended by Ibrahim Biro, representative of the Kurdish National Council in Syria in the Syrian Negotiating Commission.
