ARK News… The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of 295 civilians and non-civilians within areas controlled by the Syrian regime and its affiliated militias.

The Observatory said in a report viewed by the ARK News website that during the month of October, regime-controlled areas witnessed a continuous escalation of violence and resulting human losses, as the deaths of 110 civilians were documented, including 41 women and 5 children.

The Observatory added that it killed 168 non-civilians (military) and 10 militias affiliated with Iran.

The Observatory stated that it “documented the arrest of at least 33 civilians by the security services, in addition to recording 6 cases of kidnapping, including a child and 4 women, during the month of September.”

It stressed that "in light of the failure of the regime's security services, crimes continue within areas under its control in various governorates," as 16 murders were documented in October, in which 16 people were killed, including a woman.
