ARK News… In the latest official ranking issued by the World Air Transport Association for the year 2023, the Syrian passport ranked penultimate in the world, ahead of Afghanistan.

The World Air Transport Association published the latest official ranking for the year “2023” to determine the strongest passports in the world, as the Singaporean passport ranked first in the world, the Afghan passport last, and before that the Syrian passport.

According to the World Air Transport Association, the Afghan passport ranked “106” with 27 destinations, the Syrian passport ranked “105” with 28 destinations, the Iraqi passport ranked “104” with 30 destinations, and the Pakistani passport ranked “103” with 33 destinations. The Yemeni passport has the number “102” with 34 destinations.

According to the ranking of the World Air Transport Association, the best passports in the world for the year 2023 are:

1- Singapore with 193 destinations.

2- Japan with “191” destinations.

3- Finland, France, Germany, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Sweden with “190” destinations.

4 - Britain, Australia, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, with 189 destinations.

The cost of obtaining a quick Syrian passport is more than 1,000 US dollars, and a slow one is more than 600 US dollars, as the Syrian passport is considered the most expensive in the world, and its holder can travel to ten countries without a visa, no more.
