The Syrian Coalition terminates the membership of Hariri and Haboush
ARK News… The National Coalition of Syrian Opposition and Revolutionary Forces excluded its former president, Nasr Hariri, and former vice president of the coalition, Roba Haboush.
A private source from the coalition told ARK on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, that the coalition, on Monday, met about the situation in northwest Syria and the termination of the membership of both Hariri and Haboush.
The private source added: “Nasser Hariri and Roba Haboush violated the coalition’s bylaws, as they attacked the coalition on social media and insulted it.”
The source added: “The coalition terminated the membership of the aforementioned members with the votes of the majority of members after voting at the meeting.”
According to the source, regarding the situation in Idlib, the coalition condemned the attacks of the Syrian regime and Russian forces, and called on the international community to put pressure on them and put an end to those attacks.
The National Coalition of Syrian Opposition and Revolutionary Forces, which was formed at the end of 2012, consists of 83 members, 14 of whom are Kurds, 11 representatives of the Kurdish National Council in Syria.
