Death takes away the Kurdish writer and researcher Dilgash Marei
ARK News… The Kurdish writer and researcher Dilgash Marei died on Friday, September 15, 2023, at the age of seventy.
The writer, Dilgash Maree, was born in the village of Ala Qos - Alian area in the Derik countryside in Syrian Kurdistan in 1953. He worked as a teacher for about thirty years.
The deceased wrote his first article in 1998. He has a collection of poetry entitled “Sorrows of My Homeland” and a book “The Legacy of Tyranny and Backwardness,” in addition to publishing many articles and giving cultural lectures in the region.
Writer and researcher Dilgash Marei was buried in the cemetery of the village of Ala Qos, on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
