Russia: The international coalition violated the memorandum of November 8, 2017 on Syria
ARK News… Vadim Collet, deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation between the conflicting parties in Syria, said that four coalition fighter jets carried out air strikes on two targets in Homs governorate.
According to what was reported by the Russian TASS agency, four aircraft, "two F-16s and two F-35s" of the coalition, launched air strikes on two targets in Homs at (0:52 am to 0:55).
The deputy head of the Russian Center for Reconciliation considered that the coalition violated the November 8, 2017 memorandum regarding the principles of de-escalation in southern Syria.
Russia did not announce the nature of the targets targeted by the international coalition fighters, and no official statement was issued by the Syrian regime's media regarding the incident.
