German envoy to Syria: The Syrian crisis is not over and the only solution is in 2254
ARK News… The German envoy to Syria, Stefan Schneck, announced that "the Syrian crisis is not over," commenting on the killing of 55 people in Syria last month, according to a report by the Syrian Network for Human Rights.
Schneck said in a tweet on his Twitter account that the death toll last month was "a heartbreaking reminder that the Syrian crisis is not over."
The envoy called for "stopping the violence and participating in the political process in accordance with Security Council Resolution 2254," stressing that "it is the only way out of this crisis."
Schenck’s statement came as a comment on the Syrian Network for Human Rights' report on the death toll in Syria last month, as the network documented, in its report, the killing of 55 civilians in Syria during the month of July, including 16 children, 4 women, and 3 people who died under torture.
