The Syrian regime arrested a number of young men in the countryside of Damascus on the first day of Eid al-Adha
ARK News... On Wednesday morning, the first day of Eid al-Adha, June 28, 2023, a patrol of the Military Security Branch of the Syrian regime launched a campaign of arrests of young men in the village of Beit Saber in the western countryside of Damascus.
According to local Syrian sources, the patrol stopped civilians after they left one of the mosques in the village heading to the cemetery, and conducted security checks on them after asking for their personal identities.
Four young men were arrested after their identities were searched without any charges being brought against them, and they were taken directly to the nearby city of Sa’sa.
The campaign led to a state of panic, fear and panic among civilians.
