ARK News... President Masoud Barzani, on Monday, offered condolences to the victims of the violent earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria.
President Barzani posted on Twitter, "I offer my condolences to the families of the victims of the earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria this morning, and I share their sorrows and suffering."
"We wish a speedy recovery for those injured in the tragic accident," he added.
