Masrour Barzani: KRG stands ready to assist in rescue efforts

ARK News... The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, expressed his solidarity with the victims of the earthquake that struck the region, killing hundreds of people and wounding hundreds of others with separate injuries.

Masrour Barzani tweeted, "My thoughts and feelings are with the families of the victims and the wounded, whose lives were affected by the earthquake that struck all parts of the region at dawn today."

"The Kurdistan Regional Government stands ready to assist in rescue efforts," he added.
