ARK News… The Derik locality of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, held its monthly meeting at the council's headquarters in Derik in Syrian Kurdistan.

Jason Chap, head of the local council, said in exclusive statements to ARK: We discussed the latest political developments in Syrian Kurdistan, especially the Kurdish negotiations between the Council and the National Unity Parties.

He added: In addition to political issues, we discussed organizational issues related to the locality, and we also talked about how to urge people to prevent corona, especially after its rapid spread.
