Lebanon Organization of PDK-S holds its meeting and take several decisions
ARK News… The leadership of the Lebanon Organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria held its regular meeting on Saturday 6/3/2021 after a hiatus that lasted for months due to the outbreak of the Corona pandemic and due to the Lebanese government's decision to completely close in the country.
The meeting began with observing a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs of the Kurds and Kurdistan and the martyrs of freedom.
And then moving on to deal with the political situation and the latest developments and political developments in the region and what the situation has turned into.
The meeting valued the comrades ’role in the leadership of the Kurdish National Council and their role in arranging the Kurdish house, despite the obstacles and interventions by the enemies and their agendas to thwart the dialogue, but dialogue and negotiation remain part of the council’s strategy.
Then the meeting discussed the organizational situation and ways to develop it in light of the difficult living conditions as a result of the increase in the exchange rate of the lira against the dollar, the high prices, and the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, which negatively affected the organizational work, and a number of decisions were taken.
Then the meeting discussed the events of March and the ways to revive them. It was decided to cancel celebratory appearances and large gatherings, in compliance with the Lebanese government’s decision to close the general lockdown. Here are the following:
1- We extend to the Kurdish woman and the world with a bouquet of blessing, and we say the happy new year.
2- Glory and eternity to the soul of the immortal father, Mustafa Barzani.
3- We coincide with the 17th anniversary of the Qamishlo uprising, which falls, on Friday 12/3/2021, which requires lighting candles on the night of 11/03 and a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs at eleven in the afternoon of the day 12/03 and hanging a black cloth on the front of their homes.
4- We coincide with the 33rd anniversary of the massacre of Halabja, which falls, on Tuesday 16/03, that requires a moment of silence for the souls of the martyrs at exactly eleven o'clock in the afternoon, with a black cloth hanging in the front of their homes.
5- On 18/03/2021, we mark the third and painful anniversary of the Turkish occupation and the mercenary factions affiliated with it in Afrin, the bride of Kurdistan. It is necessary to stand a minute of silence at twelve o'clock in the afternoon.
6- On 21/03/2021, we have a national memory and the Kurdish New year Nawroz, a symbol of love and peace, and its revival was canceled, but it is possible to go out to nature and revive it by lighting candles on the night of 20/03/2021.
