ARK News… A member of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria revealed that the supreme Kurdish reference is not for policy-making, but rather will be the decision-maker for separation in all areas.

In a special statement to ARK News, Namat Dawoud, a member of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, said: The supreme Kurdish Reference that will be agreed upon and established will be a leading reference that makes an effective decision in all areas and joints.

On the mechanism for forming the supreme Kurdish Reference, Dawoud said: It has been agreed on 40% of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, 40% of the Kurdish national unity parties, and the remaining 20% will be divided between the two parties by 10% for each party, and each party is free to choose names, provided that the chosen names do not belong to ENKS and PYNK, in order to clear the way for civil society, parties and other parties.

A member of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria added: One of the tasks of the Kurdish Reference is to review all administrative, security, and military decisions, and decisions related to the budget, and the Kurdish Reference has the final decision to cancel or change the decision that it deems inappropriate.
