ARK News: A member of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria revealed that Jeffrey assured the delegation of the Kurdish-Kurdish talks that Trump had spoken with Erdogan about Turkey's incursion into the territories of Syrian Kurdistan, and warned him of new incursions and military operations on Syrian Kurdistan.

In a statement to ARK News, Fasla Youssef, a member of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, said: During the meeting of James Jeffrey, the US special envoy in Syria with the two delegations of the Kurdish-Kurdish talks, he emphasized his country's support for the Kurdish-Kurdish talks.

On fears of another Turkish incursion into the territories of Syrian Kurdistan, Jeffrey said: I was present when US President Donald Trump spoke with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan about the situation east of the Euphrates and Syrian Kurdistan, where Trump warned Turkey against repeated incursions into the territories of Syrian Kurdistan because the results would be catastrophic on Turkey, and America will not hesitate to impose economic sanctions on Turkey as soon as it wants to penetrate.

Fasla Youssef added: Jeffrey emphasized that the American forces would remain in the region for a long time, and that Turkey would not be allowed to penetrate any more, and that the Syrian regime would not pose a threat to the region.

And a member of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria added: With regard to the violations committed by the armed factions in Afrin, Sari Kaniye, and Gire Spi, Jeffrey said, "We will study the issue seriously."
