ARK News: A Human Rights Organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported on its main page of Facebook, on Saturday, 12.09.2020, that with the except that the pro-Turkish factions and groups are carrying out the operation of theft and looting and armed robbery and indiscriminate kidnapping, and seizure of property of residents and logging olive trees, and deliberately under the supervision of the Turkish intelligence through creating an atmosphere of intimidation, terror, and insecurity and instability (creating chaos) in order to displace the remaining Kurdish people.

The Human Rights Organization in Afrin said that the kidnappings are still going on by the Military Police in the township of Jenderes, under the direction of the Turkish intelligence, as a result of the conflict of economic interests between the parties on the two sides (the kidnappers - the accused), related to the repercussions of the kidnapping of the head of the local council in the district, Subhi Riziq, on 09/09/2020, accused of dealing and Communication with the previous administration and its relationship with the previous bombings in the town center to include a number of citizens, owners of currency exchange offices and money changers, and they are:

1- Kamal Youssef, from the village of Tirmusha of the Shiye township, and the driver for the local council of Jenderes town, was kidnapped on 03/09/2020, and one of his sons was also kidnapped.

2- Luqman Youssef, Kamal's brother, from the village of Tirmusha in the Shiye township, was kidnapped on 03/09/2020 and one of his sons was also kidnapped, accompanied by his father.

3- Khadija Sri Bint, 32 years old, and who is working in a private pharmacy, was kidnapped on 09/10/2020 on charges of collaborating with the previous administration.

4- Jamil Hamo, a resident of Chobana village, was kidnapped on 10/09/2020 on charges of working as a currency exchange with the Haftaro Company and stealing his motorcycle and the car belonging to him. And a member of the armed militia (Ahrar al-Sharqiya) was kidnapped from his home on the same date.

5- Dilgash Jamil Hamo, from the village of Chobana of Jenderes township, was kidnapped on 09/09/2020.

6- Muhammad Bakr, known as (Mamo Billik), from the village of Qarmitlq, residing in the town center of Jenderes, was kidnapped on 09/10/2020 on charges of compulsory service with the previous administration (the Guard).

7- A journalist who works in the World Wide Web office for the head of the local council, from the Junaid family, lives in the center of Jenderes town. Kidnapped on 09/09/2020.

8- Issam Al-Bakro, from the town of Termanin, was kidnapped on 04/09/2020 in Afrin, based on a telegram received from the intelligence and gendarmerie in the Al-Raai region confirming his involvement in the bombings that occurred previously in the center of Jenderes township and the city of Afrin.

The Organization concluded that among the wanted persons was also a member of the local council of Jenderes township, Muhammad Bazo, "in charge of the health sector", who is in hiding from view on the same charge of dealing with the previous administration.

The series of violations continue in the Afrin region, which was controlled by Turkey and the armed factions, March 18, 2018, and organized chaos has spread in light of the poor security conditions and a large number of killings, kidnappings, and arrests, not to mention the looting and resettling Arab settlers coming from Syrian provinces for demographic change.
