A statement from the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria

ARK News… The so-called Revolutionary Youth (Ciwanên Şoreşger) attacked the office of our party (the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria) in Qamishlo, where the Kurdish flag and the party's name and slogan were dyed black on the front of the office on the evening of 15/08/2020

We condemn and denounce this act of sabotage, and we demand accountability for the perpetrators who aim in the first place to destabilize security and political stability in the region and try to obstruct the dialogues and negotiations between the Kurdish National Council in Syria and the Kurdish National Unity Parties. Therefore, we in the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria believe that these absurd acts and practices that contradict the principle of the intra-partnership that are to be reached stand behind them hostile sides to the unity of the ranks and the Kurdish position, and therefore we affirm that the ongoing negotiations under the auspices of the United States of America are still a strategic goal for our party and that all attempts to obstruct the march of dialogues will not achieve their desired goals, and our party affirms that it stands by the Kurdish National Council to continue achieving the unity of the ranks and the political position of the Kurdish political movement in Syria in order to achieve the hopes and goals of our people in freedom and democracy and in preparation for the next phase and its entitlements at all levels.
