The PYD stops implementing the law on Protection and Management of absentee property

ARK News… After the wave of dissatisfaction with the law on protecting absentee property, the PYD halts the implementation of the law and affirms that it will be reformulated again in the future.

In a statement published by the PYD administration, it said: Based on the desire of the people of northern and eastern Syria at home and abroad, the following was decided:

1- Stopping the implementation of law No. (7) of 2020 the law on the Protection and Management of Absentee Property.

2- Reconsidering the law and drafting it again to keep pace with the aspirations and rights of the people of the region.
