Coming from Idlib .. Hundreds of families have been resettled in villages and towns of Afrin region
ARK News: A Human Rights Organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported on its main page of Facebook yesterday, 5.1.2020, that recently, as a result of the bombing of the areas of Idlib governorate by the Syrian-Russian regime, people were forced to flee to the Afrin region for two main reasons:
1- Close the Turkish border doors to them and prevent them from entering its lands.
2- Directing them towards the Afrin region and resettling them in accordance with the agreements and regional interests of the signatory parties (Turkey - the Syrian Interim Government - Russia - the Syrian regime).
Consequently, the displaced people turned into settlers objectively out of their control, but the main objective of the Turkish government, the Syrian interim government, and armed militia leaders was to change the demographics of the people of the area and bring about demographic change on the one hand, and compel the Kurdish citizen to live in his area and village and urge him to leaving in various ways and fighting it economically in their livelihood.
The Human Rights Organization in Afrin said and with the except that the pro-Turkish factions and groups are carrying out the operation of theft and looting and armed robbery and indiscriminate kidnapping, and seizure of property of residents and logging olive trees, and deliberately under the supervision of the Turkish intelligence through creating an atmosphere of intimidation, terror, and insecurity and instability (creating chaos) in order to displace the remaining Kurdish people.
In the past two days alone, more than 300 families were forcibly resettled in the Bulbul town, most of them in the eastern villages of the administrative boundaries of the district and parallel to the Turkish border (Abidan – Sheik Khourze - Haftar – Sarinjake - Diraqliya Beghcha - Ali Kera - Hayama) and also up to 250 families in the villages of Mabata town, more than 50 families in Shara town and dozens of families in Jenderes town - including the village of Kafar Safra - which is controlled by the "Samarkand Brigade" faction.
The organization stated in its report that the armed militias affiliated to the faction of Sultan Suleiman Shah "Al-Amshat" have demolished a number of shops belonging to the old mosque in the town of Shiye, with the aim of searching for antiquities and encounter without moral or religious deterrence and in front of the sight of the Turkish forces.
The series of violations continues in Afrin region, which was controlled by Turkey and the armed factions, March 18, 2018, and organized chaos has spread in light of the poor security conditions and the large number of killings, kidnappings and arrests, not to mention the looting of agricultural crops and the cutting of fruit and olives trees for firewood, which aims to demographic change .
