Erdogan and Trump discuss the latest developments in Syria and Libya
ARK News: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, along with his American counterpart Donald Trump, discussed the regional developments and in the forefront of which is Libya and Syria, this came in a telephone call, according to a statement issued by the Communication Department of the Turkish Presidency.
The statement confirmed that President Erdogan expressed to Trump his concern and regret for targeting the American security units in Iraq, and his satisfaction with the end of the work that targeted the Washington embassy in Baghdad.
The statement added that Erdogan and Trump stressed the importance of diplomacy in solving regional issues, and they agreed to enhance cooperation between the two countries for mutual profit.
The two presidents also discussed the existing bilateral relations between the two countries and means of developing them in all fields and sectors.
