ARK News: Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with members of the Federal Security Council on Friday the situation in Libya and Syria, the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said.
Peskov said that, in light of Putin's phone calls with a number of his foreign counterparts, the participants of the meeting discussed "the situation in Syria, and the meeting also discussed" the situation in Libya, where the participants called for support for international efforts aimed at a settlement in this country.
