ARK News: President of the Syrian National Coalition, Anas al-Abda, have conducted extensive contacts with officials and diplomats of friendly and sisterly countries of the Syrian people to mobilize an international position towards the brutal onslaught being waged by the Assad regime and Russia against civilians in Idlib province, especially the hysterical bombardment on the town of Ma’aret al-Numan.

“The town of Ma’aret al-Numan was subjected to an unprecedented bombardment with ballistic missiles and cluster munitions which forced tens of thousands of civilians to flee to safer areas,” President Al-Abda said. He pointed out that the town’s residents are known for their moderate, national views as well as for being at the forefront of the revolution aimed at achieving the Syrian people’s aspirations for freedom and dignity.
