Jordan’s King emphasizes the political solution to the Syrian crisis
ARK News: Jordan's King Abdullah II has stressed the need for a political solution to the crisis in Syria that will ensure a safe return of refugees.
According to the official Petra news agency, King Abdullah II, during his meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Ottawa on Monday, pointed out that the political solution in Syria must preserve "the unity of the land and people of Syria and guarantee the voluntary and safe return of refugees”.
The talks dealt with "the crises in the Middle East and the search for political solutions that restore security and stability for their people, as well as regional and international efforts in the war on terrorism."
