A statement by the commander of the Roj Peshmerga forces on the return of the Peshmerga to Syrian Kurdistan
ARK News: The commander of the Roj Peshmerga forces said: That they are at any time they receive the invitation, ready to return to Syrian Kurdistan, and defend our land and our people, but requires consensus and a political decision for that.
Mohammed Rajab Dahdo, the commander of the Roj Peshmerga forces, in a statement to the official website of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria on Monday, November 18, 2019, confirmed that "Roj Peshmerga forces were formed, in order to defend the land, the people of Syrian Kurdistan, and one day we will return to it, and at any time we receive the invitation, we will be ready to return, but we have not received an invitation yet."
He also said: "Returning to Syrian Kurdistan, requires consensus and political decision, to ward off problems because we do not want to create problems and we want a return by an agreement."
