Russia announces the return of the Tishreen Dam to the Syrian regime

ARK News: The Syrian regime has taken control of the hydroelectric power station at Tishreen Dam, located on the Euphrates River in the Manbij countryside, Russian media reported.
Russian military police and Syrian regime forces conducted joint patrols yesterday, November 18, in the vicinity of the dam area, the RIA Novosti news agency reported.
A spokesman for Russian forces in Syria, Boris Vomichev, at a press conference announced, on Sunday, that the Syrian regime forces, took control of the Tishreen Dam, pointing out that it considered the second-largest power plant in Syria.
