The Central Committee of our party (Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria) held its regular meeting on 17-18 - 19 - 20/6/2019 in Erbil the capital of the Kurdistan Region, and after checking up the names and fixing the number of attendees, A minute of silence was done in tribute and mourn to the eternal spirit of Barzani, the martyrs of our Kurdish people and the martyrs of the Syrian revolution, after which was adopted the agenda of the meeting, which began with the political situation, where the comrades reviewed all the developments on the political scene starting with the Syrian crisis and the interactions of efforts and diplomatic efforts across the various tracks, and stressed the political solution in accordance with the Geneva 1 and international resolutions (resolutions 2118 and 2254) and Syria building on the basis of full partnership between the various components and political spectrum in a federal state with a pluralistic democratic system guaranteeing public and private freedoms, stressing the nationalistic rights of the Kurds and ensuring them constitutionally on the basis of the federal system and the need to expedite the formation of the constitutional committee which cannot be shortened only to the political process, but must be a gateway to a comprehensive political solution to include the other axes to achieve the end of the political transition in accordance with international resolutions referred to.

The Central Committee considered the need to open up to all the national opposition frameworks and the influential international parties in Syria and the positive relationship with neighboring countries to achieve common interests and maintain security and stability for all.

The meeting condemned the violations committed by some armed groups against the residents of Afrin from kidnappings, assassinations and the imposition of royalties, and called on the National Coalition and Turkey to work to stop these violations, deter the perpetrators and work hard to secure the return of their displaced population, and that Afrin has to be run by its residents.

The meeting also strongly condemned the escalation of the regime against Idlib from the killing of civilians, mass massacres and displacement of hundreds of thousands, and called for an immediate cease-fire and called on all parties to abide by the understandings of reducing the escalation on Idlib

In the field of the relationship with the PYD, the meeting stressed the continuation of the Democratic Union in its repressive practices against all violators of various components in general and supporters and members of the Kurdish National Council in particular, and called on the Democratic Union to desist from these practices and provide the appropriate atmosphere and atmosphere for practical and constructive dialogues, but their practical practices confirm their lack of seriousness in achieving what serves the compatibility, albeit at its minimum.

In this regard, the meeting positively evaluated the French initiative, and we strive very seriously to achieve a political consensus that serves the true and comprehensive partnership between the two parties.

The meeting called for activating the work of the Kurdish National Council in Syria and its various offices and activities and enhancing its role in achieving greater understanding and cooperation between its components and political parties and in developing its relations with the masses and with the Syrian opposition either directly or through the National Coalition of Revolutionary Forces and the Syrian Opposition, and stressed the need for more understanding with the components of the Coalition to confirm Kurdish privacy through the activation of the joint document in the Kurdish issue

The meeting then moved to the situation of Kurdistan, and stressed the need to communicate with all Kurdish forces and parties in all parts of Kurdistan, each according to its specificity, and the meeting highly appreciated the leading role played by (Al-Party) in achieving the balance and arrange the internal house of the Kurdistan Region, and work is not as a winning party, but as a responsible party responsible for Kurdistan and its issues, and it is, therefore, the responsibility to achieve understanding between all, and perhaps the latest arrangements, including the three presidencies (the presidency of the region, the government, and the parliament) and arrangements for the formation of the Kurdistan Regional Government all denote serious understanding and cooperation among all in the preparations for the next phase, which may bear new, bright and promising prospects.

The meeting moved on after that to the organizational situation, and it dealt with the subject of the General Conference of the Party at length and entrusted the concerned committees to carry out their work as soon as possible in order to hold the conference.

The meeting dealt with the status of party organizations in all regions, and discussed at length various issues and provided solutions to overcome obstacles and obstructions to the functioning of the organization through the relevant committees in this regard.

After the meeting, the Central Committee held a special meeting with President Masoud Barzani, where the secretary of the Party presented the status of our party and its positions and vision in the light of political developments, and commended the efforts of the leadership of Kurdistan and the efforts of sovereignty in overcoming the obstacles and obstacles that obstructed the political process, then the attendance listened to an explanation of the President's sovereignty on the political situation and its future developments and prospects. At the end of the meeting, his Excellency focused on the assistance and support of our Kurdish people throughout Kurdistan and Syrian Kurdistan in particular.
