-What is the difference between those who kidnap people and then ask for a ransom to setting him free, and between those who impose taxes and ask for charity and royalties and steal aid, oil and everything by intimidation and the power of arms, , Do not they both fall under the banditry and robbery and practice their thugs and criminality on the Kurdish people ??
