Will Trump be transformed from president to leader?

ARK News: Institutions in the Western countries and in the United States of America with established democratic systems, which are based on building large, qualitative and efficient institutions, which draft decisions, options and alternatives in various fields, whether internal or external, each according to their competence.

The best scenarios are chosen for the president or prime minister, depending on the nature of the system if it is a presidential or a parliamentarian to choose in it the most suitable president and may add some of his ideas to it after consultation with his aides, after which it becomes a presidential decree in force. The president or the prime minister cannot be armed with weapons, natural sciences, the environment, taxes, and all things in the state, but they are based on a large group of advisors in every field to make his decisions.

Back to the article’s title, the United States is known to be the state of long-standing institutions, each institution draws long-term strategies according to its competence, ,and this is what many of the presidents of America marched on it from Bill Clinton to Barack Obama, especially with regard to Iran's containment policy, which was drawn up by the competent decision-making circles, to adopt the US policy that adopted Iran's dual containment, and proved their failure, these presidents, despite their success in many issues, but they failed to deal with the Iranian file, and in the drafting of historic decisions on this subject, they may have succeeded as heads in other tasks, and have successfully made files of interest to the American people, but it seems that Mr. Trump does not act according to that rule, although it consulted with the relevant stakeholders, but he makes his decision according to his will and logic, and asks his advisers to formulate scenarios in accordance with the decision he will intend to take, if this analysis is correct, especially if Mr. Trump decides to limit Iran's capabilities permanently, unlike the former presidents, and this is possible only by confronting this system militarily, destroying the elements of its power and its threat and terror and provide the necessary ground to drop it if Mr. Trump took this decision in contrary to his predecessors in the White House, contrary to the desire and direction of American institutions over dozens of years, we say then that Mr. not only the president runs the White House and the US state, but is a leader, making history again.
Will Mr. Trump do this? Then the world will get rid itself of the oppression and tyranny of this criminal sectarian regime.
