Afrin … Abductions, killings under torture continue

RK News: Since their occupation to Afrin region, armed groups have resorted to various kinds of violations against the indigenous people of the Kurds from the policy of starvation, displacement and demographic change, in order to loot, steal, seize property and agricultural crops, and impose taxes, fees and royalties not to mention kidnappings to collect Ransom.

Majdi Ahmed Ezzo, 21 years old, is imprisoned in Ma’sara prison in Izaz by Abu Ali Sijo, who was kidnapped by mercenaries in Afrin.

The young man Majdi from Midanky village of Shara town was brought to trial for a year and three months, with a fine of 4000 Turkish liras.

In the same context, Ahrar al-Sharqiya faction kidnapped Awad Ali Caeqali from Qarmitlq village, a resident in Jenderes for decades and works as a construction contractor.

An unknown armed group on May 13, 2019, in Izaz city kidnapped three Kurdish citizens while they were going to the hospital in order to be treated under the pretext of belonging to the PYD and dealing with the previous administration, demanding their families a ransom of 100,000 US dollars in exchange for their release after being brutally beaten and tortured:
