Afrin... A Kurdish citizen exposes to brutal torture (Video)
ARK News: An unknown armed group in Izaz city kidnapped three civilians from the Kurdish region of Afrin, including a child, accused of belonging to the PYD, demanding 100,000 US dollars for their release.
Rashid Hamid Khalil, 40 years old, and his son, Mohammed Rashid, 9 years old (from Belle village of Bulbul town who live in Jenderes town), were accompanied by Sharaf Addin Sido from Jenderes, and they were abducted on May 13, 2019, by unknown armed group in Izaz city while they were on their way to the hospital for treatment of the diabetes disease that Rashid Hamid Khalil was suffered of it.
On 21/5/2019, a video clip was published on social networking pages, in which Sharafeddin Sido a Kurdish citizen was blindfolded and subjected to brutal torture and gunmen forced him to send a message to his family demanding to pay money to them for his release.
Sharaf Addin in this video called on his family to sell all his properties in order to set him free, otherwise, his fate would be doomed to murder.
Sharaf Addin in the video added that he is beaten in the morning, noon and evening and he is deprived of food and just they let him drink water, adding, if his family does not pay money, he will subject to torture daily.
According to the family, the kidnappers demanded 100,000 US dollars for their release.
The family appealed through the ARK Media Foundation Humanitarian Organizations and responsible parties to reveal the fate of their kidnapped relatives nine days ago and demanding to release them immediately and unconditionally and to desist from these terrible violations against the Kurdish people in Afrin region.
On the other hand, the Human Rights Organization in Afrin published on its main site on Facebook that the Kurdish citizen, Mohammed Ibrahim from Khalilanka village of Bulbul town has been abducted several times by the armed groups loyal to Turkish occupation army and he was tortured severely, especially his head, and on 16th of this month he lost his life due to his incurable wounds in one of the hospitals in Istanbul .
It is worth mentioning that violations by the armed factions loyal to the Turkish occupation against civilians in Afrin region continue with taxes, kidnappings, ransom, burning forests for firewood, and accusing the Kurds of extorting them financially to reach a comprehensive demographic change after forcing the Kurds to leave their homes.
