Oglu: Erdogan and Putin agreed on the need to hold a working group meeting on the northwest of Syria
ARK News: Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Cavus Oglu said that Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed that a working group on northwest Syria should be held as soon as possible,
"The two leaders agreed on the need to hold this meeting, adding that "attacks by Syrian government forces hurt the chances of forming a UN-sponsored committee to draft a new constitution for Syria,” Cavus Oglu said on Wednesday.
Turkish Defense Minister Khalosi Akar and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Schweigo discussed on Tuesday the latest developments in Idlib and measures to reduce tension in the region in the framework of the agreements reached in Sochi.
