البيت الأبيض يعلن فرض عقوبات جديدة ضد 200 فرد وكيان في روسيا ودول ثالثة
قال البيت الأبيض إن الولايات المتحدة ستفرض عقوبات ضد أكثر من 200 فرد وكيان من روسيا ودول ثالثة، على خلفية العملية العسكرية الروسية الخاصة في أوكرانيا.
وجاء في بيان البيت الأبيض، "اليوم، بالتنسيق مع شركاء وحلفاء مجموعة السبعة، ستفرض وزارتا الخزانة والخارجية عقوبات واسعة على القطاعات الرئيسية المالية. وسيؤدي ذلك إلى فرض عقوبات على أكثر من 200 فرد وكيان، بما في ذلك كل من روسيا ودول ثالثة".
وأعلنت الخارجية البريطانية في وقت سابق من اليوم توسيع قائمة العقوبات المفروضة ضد روسيا وضمت 92 فردا وكيانا قانونيا، بما في ذلك أولئك المرتبطون بشركة "روس اتوم".
كما فرضت نيوزيلندا وأستراليا اليوم الجمعة، عقوبات جديدة على روسيا طالت شركات، ومجموعة من السياسيين والعسكريين ورجال الأعمال.
وصعد الغرب ضغوط العقوبات على روسيا بشأن أوكرانيا، مما أدى إلى ارتفاع أسعار الكهرباء والوقود والمواد الغذائية في أوروبا والولايات المتحدة.

سويسرا: مستمرون في تقديم المساعدات لسوريا وتركيا
أكدت سويسرا، أمس الخميس 23 شباط 2023، مواصلتها تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية لضحايا كارثة الزلزال الذي وقع في سوريا وتركيا.
قالت الخارجية السويسرية في بيانٍ لها، إن السلطات السويسرية مستمرة في إرسال المساعدات إلى المناطق المتضررة من الزلزال.
أضافت، "أرسلت سويسرا أخيرا أطباء ومهندسين وخياما ومستلزمات نظافة إلى مناطق الزلزال".
ووصل خبراء صحة سويسريون إلى ولاية هاتاي جنوبي تركيا في 20 شباط الجاري لمعاجلة الأطفال وأمهاتهم، كما أرسلت السلطات السويسرية 300 خيمة شتوية إلى المناطق المتضررة في سوريا.

الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني يؤكد عودته لفتح كافة مقراته في كركوك
أكد الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني أنه سيعود لفتح كافة مقراته في كركوك، بغية ترصين السلم الأهلي والنسيج الاجتماعي لكركوك، مشدداً على أن بعض البيانات المتشتجة التي تصدر من جماعات تدعي تمثيلاً سياسياً غير موجود على أرض الواقع، لن تستطيع تغيّر مساره السياسي والسلمي والقانوني.
إذ أصدر مكتب تنظيم محافظة كركوك-گرميان للحزب، اليوم الجمعة (24 شباط 2023)، بياناً توضيحياً، حول عودة مقرات حزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني.
أشار التوضيح إلى بيانات إعلامية تصدر بين الفينة والأخرى "متشنجة مليئة بعبارات التهديد والوعيد ضد أمن واستقرار كركوك"، لافتاً أنها تهدف من خلالها بعض الجماعات التي تدعي تمثيلاً سياسياً غير موجود على أرض الواقع "إجهاض أي خطوات سلمية من شأنها احلال الأمن والسلام الدائم في المحافظة."
كما لفت البيان أنه "تخرج هذه التكتلات الهزيلة بخطابات شعبوية لا تمت بصلة إلى الواقع السياسي والأمني والاجتماعي في كركوك ولا تستند إلى موازين القوى على الأرض، ولا إلى تطلعات مواطني كركوك، لكنها تعبر بشكلها ومضمونها وارتجاليتها عن أجندات تحركها مصالح ضيقة وأفكار رجعية وبدفع من جهات معروفة."
شدد الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني من جانيه على أن هذه البيانات الرنانة "لن تستطيع تغير مسارنا السياسي والسلمي والقانوني الذي نتبناه لتصحيح جميع الأوضاع غير الطبيعية التي تسود المحافظة"، مؤكداً أن "كركوك لن تنفصل عن هويتها، ولم ولن تنفصل عن الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني."
عبر التوضيح عن رغبة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني أن يُطمئن كافة مكونات كركوك بأنه "سيعود لفتح كافة مقراته، وعن طريق اتفاقات واضحة ومباشرة مع الحكومة العراقية نرصن من خلالها السلم الاهلي والنسيج الاجتماعي لكركوك. ولن يثنينا عن ذلك الضوضاء الفارغة التي تثيرها بيانات كهذه، وسنقف ويقف معنا كل مكونات كركوك ضد أي جماعات تحاول تهديد السلم الأهلي".
ختم التوضيح بالتذكير بالدور الجبار للحزب في كركوك حيث "حمينا هذه المدينة من داعش في أشد الظروف الصعبة وحررنا مناطقها من التنظيمات الإرهابية لذلك فأبناء المحافظة لن يسمحوا لأي أحد بالعبث بأمن واستقرار مدينتهم".

Rick Brennan: WHO is moving very quickly to help Syria
ARK News... The World Health Organization, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, announced a "quick move" to help Syria, benefiting from the temporary cessation of sanctions imposed on Syria.
The WHO's director of emergency operations for the Eastern Mediterranean, Rick Brennan, said the WHO is "moving very quickly now with our partners to take advantage of this pause in sanctions."
"We have already started ordering equipment and supplies, and we are working with UN partners on a collective approach to take advantage of the pause and help Syria," he added.
According to the provisions of the Caesar Civilian Protection Act in Syria, the export of food, medicine, medical supplies, and humanitarian aid to civilians is permitted, and these items do not require a license from the Ministry of Commerce or the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

ARK News... Tonight, the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria published a clarification to public opinion regarding the distribution of aid for the victims of the devastating earthquake in both Syria and Turkey. ARK has received a copy of the clarification, which reads:
News has been published among our Syrian Kurdish people, who are present in various states of Turkey, that the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria is distributing "cash" aid for those affected by the devastating earthquake that occurred in large areas of Turkey and Syria on February 6, 2023, to its comrades.
We, in the organizing department (Turkey - Kobani) of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, assure our people that we "did not receive" any cash or in-kind assistance for the victims of the aforementioned earthquake from any party until the date of writing this clarification.
With our thanks and appreciation to all those who provided relief aid and delivered it to the afflicted in the various affected locations.
Mercy and forgiveness for those who perished in that disaster, full recovery for the wounded, and patience for the families of the victims.

ARK News… The Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, commemorated the eleventh anniversary of the assassination and martyrdom of a member of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, Nasraddin Birhak, at the hands of the PYD militia in the Kurdistan Region.
With the participation of a large audience of Kurds, Kurdish political figures and political parties, and a number of administrators and government officials in the Kurdistan Region, the organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria commemorated the martyrdom of the leader Nasraddin Birhak in the Kurdistan Region, which is both the organizations of Kawergosik and Roj of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria in Kawergosik camp, and the Domiz organization of the party in Domiz camp, and the Duhok organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria.

Then he was transferred to Aleppo and admitted to Martini Hospital, and after he underwent surgical operations, due to the deterioration of his health condition and his severe injury, he was martyred on February 22, 2012.

Flames Othman: The Barzani Charitable Foundation will work to secure shelters for those whose homes were damaged
ARK News... A Kurdish activist from Afrin, Syrian Kurdistan, on Thursday, February 23, 2023, reported that the situation in Jenderes is critical, and the Barzani Charity Foundation continues to distribute aid to those affected by the earthquake that struck the region on February 6.
During his participation in the Rebaz News, activist Filamaz Othman said that a new convoy of aid from the Barzani Charity Foundation, consisting of 8 trucks, has arrived in Jenderes and is being distributed to the affected people.

A new aid convoy of the Barzani Charity Foundation arrives in Afrin

Masrour Barzani directs the disbursement of more than 7 billion dinars to support students
ARK News... The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, directed the disbursement of about seven billion and 250 million dinars per month, in support of university and institute students in the Kurdistan Region.
These allocations include providing services to the internal departments for the academic year (2022-2023).
This amount was allocated from the budget of universities and institutes, similar to the previous academic year (2021-2022).
This comes within the framework of the work program of the ninth ministerial formation, giving more attention to the higher education sector and supporting university and institute students.
