مسرور بارزاني: نجدد التأكيد على وجوب أن تتحمل الحكومة الاتحادية مسؤوليتها في تعويض ذوي شهداء حلبجة
أصدر رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني، اليوم الخميس 16 آذار (مارس) 2023، بياناً في الذكرى السنوية لقصف حلبجة بالسلاح الكيماوي.
وفيما يلي نص البيان:
نستذكرُ اليوم، بكل إجلال وإكبار، شهداء حلبجة الأبرار الذين أُزهقت أرواحهم جرّاء القصف الكيماوي، في أبشع جريمة يندى لها جبين الإنسانية، حيث ستظل ذكراهم خالدة مخلّدة في ضمائر ووجدان الشعب الكوردستاني والبشرية جمعاء.
وبينما نحيي هذه الذكرى الأليمة، نثمّن موقف الحكومة الاتحادية في إقرار حلبجة محافظة رسمية التي كان برلمان كوردستان قد أقرّها قبل سنوات عديدة.
كذلك نجدد التأكيد، في هذه المناسبة الموجعة، على وجوب أن تتحمل الحكومة الاتحادية مسؤوليتها الأخلاقية في تعويض عوائل وذوي شهداء حلبجة والمؤنفلين وجميع ضحايا النظام البعثي ومن تضرر على يديه، تعويضاً مستحقاً ومنصفاً، حسبما نص عليه الدستور، وقد أكدنا على أهمية تنفيذ المادة الدستورية المتعلقة بذلك خلال الزيارة الأخيرة للسيّد رئيس الوزراء الاتحادي إلى إقليم كوردستان.
وعلى الرغم من مضي 35 عاماً على ارتكاب هذه الجريمة السافرة، إلّا أنه من المؤسف أن جراح وآلام أسر الشهداء وكلّ ضحايا الهجوم الكيماوي على حلبجة، لم تلتئم بعد، وما زالت معاناة ضحايا جرائم النظام العراقي السابق وفظائعه حاضرة ولم تنتهِ.
وانطلاقاً من كونه واجباً يقع على عاتقنا جميعاً، وبالأخص الحكومة الاتحادية والمجتمع الدولي، فإن ذلك يتطلب دعمنا ومساعدتنا لنتمكن من تقديم كل ما يستحقه أهالي حلبجة الصامدون والمضحون من خدمات وإعمار مدينتهم، مدينة الشهداء والمنارة الإشعاعية الثقافية ومدينة العلماء والحكماء والعارفين البارزين في كوردستان.
ولا يسعنا هنا إلّا أن نشدد على الحكم النزيه والنقي، بعيداً عن التدخلات الشخصية والحزبية، وعدم منع الدوائر الرسمية من أداء واجبها في سبيل تقديم أفضل الخدمات إلى أهالي حلبجة المظلومين.
سلامٌ على الأرواح الطاهرة لشهداء حلبجة وسائر شهداء كوردستان.

واشنطن تجدد التزامها بالحل السياسي للأزمة السورية
جددت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، اليوم الخميس، التزامها بالحل السياسي للأزمة السورية.
وقالت الخارجية الأمريكية في تغريدة على حساب مكتب الوزارة لشؤون الشرق الأدنى على تويتر، "نتذكر في 15 مارس، الذكرى الـ12 لبداية الأزمة السورية، ونعرب عن حزننا على كل من فقدوا أرواحهم نضالا لأجل الحرية والكرامة".
وأضافت: "ولأجل أولئك وكل السوريين الذين عانوا ويستحقون مستقبلا أفضل، نجدد التزامنا بالإغاثة الإنسانية وحل سياسي بقيادة سورية بناء على قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 2254".
وشهدت مناطق ومدن الشمال السوري، أمس الأربعاء، مظاهرات شعبية حاشدة، أكدت على استمرارية الثورة السورية في ذكراها السنوية الثانية عشر حتى نيل السوريين حريتهم وإسقاط نظام الأسد.

The Kurdish National Council calls for the consideration of the sixteenth of March as an international day for combating cynicism
ARK News... The Kurdish National Council in Syria has called for the 16th of March to be considered the International Day for Combating Chemical Weapons.
The Kurdish National Council in Syria published a statement on the anniversary of the chemical bombing of the martyred city of Halabja by the defunct Iraqi Baathist regime. ARK has received a copy of the statement, which reads:
On the sixteenth of March, the thirty-fifth anniversary of the martyred of the Halabja massacre in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, which was committed by the defunct Iraqi regime on the sixteenth of March 1988, by using internationally prohibited chemical weapons, caused the martyrdom of more than five thousand innocent Kurdish people, including women, and the elderly, children and youth, and thousands were injured by burns, disfigurements, and serious diseases, most of them lost their lives, and others are still suffering from the effects of this weapon to this day.
The crime of chemical bombing of the city of Halabja, according to international laws and treaties, is a crime against humanity and a genocide crime, such as the crime of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and many other crimes in which authoritarian regimes used this weapon against their people.
This crime formed a deep wound in the conscience of the Kurdish people and confirms the extent of the injustice and persecution they were subjected to at the hands of the brutal dictatorial regimes.
The Kurdish National Council, while condemning this crime and all the crimes committed against peoples as a result of chemical weapons, calls for this painful memory and other tragedies for our people; A nucleus to unify the ranks of our people and cohesion among all its political forces, and to push this tragedy towards making more efforts to strengthen and develop the Kurdistan Region in all fields and to protect its constitutional gains that were achieved thanks to the blood of the martyrs.
The Kurdish National Council calls on the international community and relevant organizations to consider the sixteenth of March as an international day to combat chemical weapons and prevent their use with the aim of ethnic cleansing or bringing about demographic change. And the martyrs of the humanitarian catastrophe in the Afrin region and northern Syria, starting at eleven in the morning on the sixteenth of March, in front of homes, shops, and streets.

آرك نيوز... في السادس عشر من عام 2004 بدأت شرارة انتفاضة 12 آذار - التي بدأت في مدينة قامشلو - في مدينة عفرين وحيي الشيخ مقصود والأشرفية الكورديين في حلب وقدمت عفرين سبعة من أبنائها شهداء في عفرين وحلب.
ففي الذكرى السنوية لمجزرة حلبجة تجمع الآلاف من أبناء عفرين للوقوف دقيقة صمت إجلالا لشهداء المجزرة ثم تحولت إلى انتفاضة شعبية عارمة امتدادا للانتفاضة في قامشلو, نددت بممارسات النظام في قتل الأبرياء في قامشلو والمدن الكوردية الأخرى, فكان الرد أن وُجهوا بطلقات النظام الغادرة والغازات المسلية للدموع لفض المظاهرة وقمع الانتفاضة, فاستشهد سبعة من أبناء عفرين في تلك الانتفاضة اثنان منهما تحت التعذيب.
أسماء شهداء عفرين في انتفاضة 2004 وفقاً لتوثيق ARK:
1- حسين حمو نعسو اسم الأم فضيلة (الأم من عائلة حسين حاج ناصر ) استشهد تحت التعذيب في عفرين .محل إقامته عفرين حي الزيدية, دفن سراً.
2- كيفارا حسن ابن حميد مواليد 1985 اسم الأم حبيبة من قرية حسن ديرا Hesen Dêra استشهد أمام فرع الأمن السياسي بداية الانتفاضة في عفرين. محل إقامته عفرين حي الأشرفية.
3- كمال جلال من عائلة قديم (الخياط قديم ) مواليد 1990 من قرية بينه Bênê في شيراوا استشهد أمام فرع الأمن السياسي بداية الانتفاضة. محل إقامته عفرين طريق راجو الشارع الفرعي لمدرسة الريفية (العروبة ) مقابل مدرسة فيصل قدور القديم.
4- إبراهيم محمد صبري1977 من قرية باعدينا Badîna التابعة لناحية ماباتا استشهد في حلب, كان عريساً لأربعين يوماً دفن في باعدينا و تم نقل جثمانه من قبل ب ي د فيما بعد إلى مقبرة ماتينا بدون موافقة العائلة. محل إقامته حلب الأشرفية.
5- فريدة أحمد الأم زينب استشهدت في حلب 16 الشهر, من قرية Çolaqa دفنت في قرية زوجها, مسكه Miskê التابعة لمدينة جنديريس محل إقامتها حلب الشيخ مقصود.
6- آري فوزي ولو الأم: زكية من قرية قورت قلاق Qort Qilaq التابعة لجنديريس محل إقامته حلب.
7- بكر حنان ديكو من قرية: قاسم Qêsim راجو كيفية الاستشهاد: تحت التعذيب بعد الانتفاضة 15-9- 2004 التهمة: التحدث ضد النظام السوري.

Muhammad Ali Ibrahim to ARK: The immortal Barzani left his mark of struggle in all parts of Kurdistan

The commemoration ceremony took place in the presence of party leaders and members of the Duhok organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, with a planting campaign.
Muhammad Ali Ibrahim, a member of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, said in exclusive statements to ARK: The immortal birth of Barzani is a historic day in the history of the Kurdish people.
He continued that he participated in the revolution of Sheikh Saeed and the revolution of Sheikh Mahmoud Al Hafid, in addition to his active role in the Republic of Kurdistan as a General in the republic that was established in Iranian Kurdistan. He also has a leading role in unifying the discourse of the Kurdish parties in Syrian Kurdistan, leaving his struggle mark.

نيجيرفان بارزاني: حلبجة بحاجة إلى المزيد من الخدمات ويجب تعويضهم وفقاً لقرارات المحاكم والقانون
آرك نيوز... شكر نيجيرفان بارزاني رئيس إقليم كوردستان, الحكومة الاتحادية العراقية وكل الجهات المعنية في العراق وإقليم كوردستان على إكمال إجراءات تحويل حلبجة إلى محافظة. وأكد على أن حلبجة والحلبجيين بحاجة إلى المزيد من الخدمات من كل الجوانب ويجب أن لا يكون هناك تقصير وتعويضهم وفقاً لقرارات المحاكم والقانون.
وجاء في بيان له في ذكرى قصف مدينة حلبجة بالكيماوي:
في الذكرى الخامسة والثلاثين لقصف حلبجة الشهيدة بالسلاح الكيمياوي، نستذكر الشهداء بتقدير وإجلال. سلاماً لأرواحهم الطاهرة، وتحية لعوائلهم وذويهم.
القصف الكيمياوي لحلبجة وصمة خزي وعار على جباه المجرمين، وهو عالمياً هوية وشاهد على مظلومية شعب كوردستان. ففي دقائق معدودات سلبت هذه الجريمة الروح من أكثر من خمسة آلاف إنسان بريء ومن الطبيعة وكل شيء. كما أصيب آلاف آخرون وتشردوا، لكن هذه الجريمة عجزت عن سلب شعب كوردستان إرادته الحرية.
بإحياء ذكرى هذه الفاجعة، يذكّر شعب كوردستان الأجيال الحالية وكل العالم بالتضحيات التي قدمها في سبيل الحرية. كما يضع العالم في مواجهة واجب أخلاقي وإنساني يقضي بتفعيل كل الجهود كي لا تتكرر جريمة مماثلة في أي مكان آخر.
في هذه الذكرى، نشكر الحكومة الاتحادية العراقية وكل الجهات المعنية في العراق وإقليم كوردستان على إكمال إجراءات تحويل حلبجة إلى محافظة. ونؤكد على أن حلبجة والحلبجيين بحاجة إلى المزيد من الخدمات من كل الجوانب. يجب أن لا يكون هناك تقصير في هذا. ويجب تعويضهم وفقاً لقرارات المحاكم والقانون.
بينما نستذكر هذه الكارثة المؤلمة والضحايا، نتطلع بعين ملؤها الأمل إلى مستقبل أفضل لأجيالنا القادمة. وسنواصل أعمالنا وجهودنا بإصرار من أجل توحيد الصفوف والتلاحم الذي هو حامي المكاسب والحقوق الدستورية والكيان الاتحادي لإقليم كوردستان.

الرئيس بارزاني في ذكرى مجـ.زرة حلبجة: جرح عميق في جسد أمتنا ولن تُنسى أبدا
آرك نيوز... قال الرئيس مسعود بارزاني اليوم الخميس 16 آذار 2023، إن القصف الكيماوي الذي طال حلبجة منذ ثلاثة عقود وأدى الى استشهاد وإصابة الآلاف من المدنيين، جرح في ذاكرة الأمة الكوردية، مؤكدا أنه لن يتم نسيانه أبداً.
وبمناسبة حلول ذكرى مجزرة حلبجة، نشر الرئيس بارزاني على موقع تويتر "جريمة الهجوم الكيميائي على حلبجة، نفذت أمام أنظار العالم ومن قبل النظام الأكثر وحشية في ذلك الوقت".
وأضاف "هذه الجريمة جرح عميق في جسد أمتنا ولن تُنسى أبدا."
وأكد الرئيس بارزاني على وجوب قيام الحكومة الإتحادية، بالتعويض عن المظالم التي ارتكبت ضد حلبجة وأبناء كوردستان.
وبتاريخ 6/3/1988، قامت أربع طائرات حربية عراقية بقصف مدينة حلبجة بغاز الخردل والسيانيد المحرمين دوليا والذي تسبب بزهق أرواح المدنيين بالآلاف وارتكاب أفظع كارثة إنسانية.

Derik locality of the Kurdish National Council commemorates the immortal birth of Barzani by visiting the tombs of the martyrs

The ceremony took place by visiting the tombs of the Kurdish martyrs in the city of Derik, who are:
(Hazem Jamil Sama, Izzat, Hussein, Aziz) who was martyred in 1991 after a heroic battle against the Iraqi army, which was then called the epic (Bane Nêrgiziye), as well as the martyr Dara Qasim, as well as the martyr Saeed Ahmed Saeed Aini was martyred at the hands of the terrorist organization ISIS.
