خبير: واشنطن تسببت في أضرار جسيمة للاقتصاد أحادي القطب بفرض عقوبات على روسيا
قال تشانغ ويوي، أستاذ العلاقات الدولية بجامعة فودان في شنغهاي إن واشنطن بتقييدها موسكو من خلال فرض العقوبات ضدها وتسليح الدولار، وجهت ضربة هائلة للنظام الاقتصادي أحادي القطب.
وأضاف الخبير الاقتصادي، في المؤتمر العالمي عبر الإنترنت حول التعددية القطبية اليوم السبت، أن "تسليح الدولار الأمريكي والعقوبات التي فرضتها واشنطن على روسيا أدت الآن فقط إلى قيام الدول غير الغربية بعرقلة استخدام الدولار في التجارة الدولية".
ووفقا له، أدت الخطوات التي اتخذتها واشنطن إلى تأثير معاكس ووجهت "ضربة هائلة للنظام الاقتصادي أحادي القطب الحالي".
وأشار إلى أنه خلال العام الماضي، تم تنفيذ 70٪ من التجارة بين روسيا والصين بالعملات الوطنية. وأضاف أن لاعبين رئيسيين مثل الهند والبرازيل وإيران وتركيا وإندونيسيا بدأوا في رسم خط على تداول العملات الوطنية.
وتابع قائلا: "إننا نشهد ظهور المزيد والمزيد من البلدان. ويمكن توقع أن يتم استبدال القيم المشتركة الغربية المحددة من جانب واحد تدريجيا بقيم مشتركة معينة للمجتمع الدولي بأسره، مثل السلام، الإنسانية والتنمية والتضامن المالي والمجتمع البشري العالمي".
بدوره أيد لي سيغوانغ مدير المركز الدولي لبحوث الاتصالات في جامعة تسينغهوا هذا التقييم. وأشار إلى أن الغرب لن ينجح في الحفاظ على هيمنته السياسية والأيديولوجية من خلال تنفيذ "تغريب واسع النطاق للقيم في جميع أنحاء العالم". وخلص إلى أن "الأفكار والمواقف الغربية الحديثة، وكذلك النيوليبرالية، لم تعد تنمو".

وألقى محمد إسماعيل عضو هيئة رئاسة المجلس الوطني الكوردي كلمة المجلس, وتم إلقاء العديد من الكلمات الأخرى وبعض القصائد وتخللت مراسم الإحياء بعض الأغاني ومسرحية عن الوضع في عفرين وسري كانيه.

Twenty-seven years since the death of the Kurdish poet Hamid Badirkhan
ARK News... Today, April 29, 2023, is the twenty-seventh anniversary of the death of the poet Hamid Badirkhan the son of the Shiye town in Afrin, Syrian Kurdistan.
Brief summary of his life
Born in 1924 in Shiye town, he immigrated to Turkey with his father and settled in Qiriqkhan. He entered the schools there, so he entered the university until he obtained a license in Turkish literature, and he also studied the French language in one of the institutes.
He traveled to France, but he did not stay there for a long time, so he returned again to Turkey. Because of his activities, he was arrested in Ankara, and after his release, he decided to return to his hometown in Afrin – Shiye town in 1947.
Because of the proximity of the town to the Turkish border, and being pursued by the Turkish MIT, he decided to travel to Damascus and met many Kurdish intellectuals, politicians, and poets there, such as Kamiran Jaladat Badirkhan, the poet Cigerxwin, Noraddin Zaza, Rashid Hamo, and others.
He has more than thirty collections of poetry in three languages, Kurdish, Arabic, and Turkish, in addition to his lost memoirs.
He died on April 29, 1996, and was buried in his hometown in the Shiye town of Afrin.

Sources from the town confirmed on Friday, April 28, 2023, to ARK, that the Al-Amshat gunmen imposed 2,000 US dollars on the citizen Hanif Akash from the village of Qarmitlq in Shiye town, after he returned from Turkey to his village as a ransom.
The sources indicated that the gunmen beat the imam of the Shiye mosque (the lower neighborhood), Muhammad Bilal Bilal, from the village of Kurzele of Sherawa area, on the morning of Eid al-Fitr, because of his resentment of the military presence in front of the mosque.

Another minor victim of forced conscription by the Syrian Democratic Forces

سبعة وعشرون عاماً على رحيل الشاعر الكوردي حامد بدرخان
آرك نيوز... تمر يوم غد 29 نيسان 2023، الذكرى السنوية السابعة والعشرون لرحيل الشاعر حامد بدرخان ابن ناحية شيه في عفرين بكوردستان سوريا.
نبذة مختصرة عن حياته
ولد عام 1924 في شيه، هاجر إلى تركيا برفقة والده واستقر في قرغان. دخل المدارس هناك، فدخل الجامعة حتى نال إجازة في الأدب التركي، كما درس اللغة الفرنسية في أحد المعاهد.
سافر إلى فرنسا، إلا أنه لم يقم فيها فترة طويلة، فعاد مجددا إلى تركيا. بسبب نشاطاته اعتقل في أنقرة وبعد الإفراج عنه قرر العودة إلى مسقط رأسه في عفرين - شيه 1947.
بسبب قرب الناحية من الحدود التركية، وملاحقته من الميت التركي، قرر السفر إلى دمشق وتعرف هناك إلى العديد من المثقفين والسياسيين والشعراء الكورد، كمير جلادت بدرخان والشاعر جكرخون ونور الدين ظاظا ورشيد حمو وغيره.
له أكثر من ثلاثين ديوانا شعريا باللغات الثلاثة، الكوردية والعربية والتركية بالإضافة إلى مذكراته المفقودة.
توفي في 29 نيسان 1996 ودفن في مسقط رأسه في ناحية شيه بعفرين.

أصحاب الحصادات يشتكون من الارتفاع الكبير لأسعار قطع الغيار في كوردستان سوريا
يواجه المزارعون وأصحاب الحصادات في كوردستان سوريا العديد من الصعوبات والعقبات خلال الاستعدادات لخوض العمل للحصاد الزراعي.
أفادت مصادر محلية اليوم الجمعة 28 نيسان 2023, أن أصحاب الحصادات يشتكون من الارتفاع الكبير لأسعار قطع الغيار والتبديل بسبب الارتفاع المتسارع لصرف الدولار مقابل الليرة السورية، إذ يقوم أصحاب الحصادات والمشاريع الزراعية منذ بداية شهر آذار بالتحضير لاستقبال موسم العام الجديد من الحصاد الزراعي.
ويعاني المواطنون في مدن وبلدات كوردستان سوريا من ارتفاع أسعار المواد الأساسية للحياة اليومية واحتياجات العمل مقارنةً مع مردودهم, إضافةً إلى الأزمات المستمرة للخدمات الأولية من ماء وكهرباء ومحروقات.
